Well priced breakfast with good choices-even for a vegetarian, and the staff was pleasant. Secluded location of this hip new hotel was a bonus. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby. The property was located near a gondola station.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious rooms with plenty of storage. The kitchenette, kettle, and small fridge were really convenient. The large windows and blackout curtain provided a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The beds were super comfy with soft pillows and a cozy duvet. The cleaning service was thorough and regular, keeping everything tidy. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The spa center was amazing, especially the wonderful masseuses. The free transfer to the slopes in a luxurious Mercedes Sprinter was a great perk. the hotel had a high rating and left a positive impression.

The room I stayed in was reasonably spacious with a lot of light, hot drinks, special pillows. The location in a really quiet area was stunning and perfect and there were local supermarkets and a supermarket nearby.

Our room was modern and functional with fireplace. Appreciated the staff, they were flexible and affable throughout of our stay. The hotel had a remote location near Rila hikes.

The location is particularly good and perfect, 3 km from Tsarska Bistritsa. À la carte restaurant is magnificent for dinner.

The hotel was clean and perfect for holiday. Polite staff that liked their guests. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was huge and silent. The breakfast was well priced and nice hot except for the coffee, nice food. The location offered was particularly good very close to the Gondola station and centre, the slopes / village / gondola and a taxi to the slopes and all the great apres ski restaurants and bars. Enjoyed our stay at venue and would not hesitate to return here.
